Authentic Italian Cooking Class

Author and chef Luciana Sampogna from the Simili Sisters’ school in Bologna will be your tutor for the day. Go on a culinary journey through Italy, starting lessons in making Antipasto from Toscano, Tortelli di Zucca (classical tortelli pasta filled with pumpkin) from Emilia Romagna and a variation of classic Italian sweets and breads.
