A Fine Night for Noodles!

Summer is swiftly coming, with longer days and balmy nights. What better way to herald the warm celebratory season to come than with a friendly feast at the Night Noodle Markets? Belle Property whets your appetite in today’s blog, highlighting an event from the popular Crave Sydney International Food Festival.

Every night this week from 5-9pm, head down to Hyde Park North with a hungry belly and a selection of friends to enjoy the Night Noodle Markets. A popular event with over 125,000 noodle-lovers expected, Hyde Park North is turned into a giant gourmet Asian hawker market, replete with fairy nights twinkling into the dusk.  Whether you love dumplings, noodles or exotic desserts, this extensive market will have something to satiate your snackiness. Considered by many the highlight of the Crave Sydney International Food Festival, the Night Noodle Markets consists of 40-odd food stalls and three bars, serving Brown Brothers wine, Coopers beer (there’s a dedicated beer garden to relax in), Chambord cocktails (fancy!) and a selection of San Pellegrino fizzy fruit juices and waters. You’ll certainly need an accompanying bevvy to help savour the spicy flavours of the restaurants on show including the ‘two hats’ favorite Longrainof Surry Hills and Malaysian street-food favorite Mamak. For desserts, reputed Chat Thai will certainly have something to please the sweetest of palates. There’s also entertainment on offer, including the popular Chinese lions.

Bring your friends and celebrate the coming of Summer at the Night Noodle Markets under the stars. What a start to the season!
